Submitting your thesis to the Library

Apr 23, 2012 by Sarah Goldstein

Are you a senior writing a thesis? Faculty legislation requires that students submit both a paper and electronic version of the thesis to the Library.

You should submit one paper copy and one electronic copy to the Library. Your paper copy can be handed in to the Circulation Desk, and your e-copy can be easily uploaded to our online thesis collection.  Information on both processes and more help can be found here.

If your thesis contains multiple components, such as a written portion and images or a video, for example, you can still submit them electronically! Just follow the instructions for uploading multiple files during the e-submission process.

For help with formatting or printing your thesis, the Information Commons staff are happy to assist you.

If you need help with the electronic submission process, or have questions about the submission of either version of your thesis, please email: Digital Assets & Preservation Services (DAPS).

I wonder what happens with the thesis, can other students take a look at the once already made from the previous ones? It will be such a help!
