Oct 08, 2010 by Leigh Mantle

 Explore a world of images...
The Research & Instructional Support (RIS) team invites all MHC faculty & staff to attend a special session, "Teaching with Images" on Tuesday, October 12th in Library Room 431 from Noon to 2:00pm (two sessions with flexibility to come & go as you please). We have an exciting panel of faculty that will be sharing their methods of using images to support pedagogical goals.

The afternoon will begin at 12:00pm with a brown-bag lunch and brief presentations from faculty members. RIS will provide coffee, tea, and dessert.  The second session will begin
at 1:00pm with a look at three resources available to
the MHC community and time to explore and share your experiences with

We hope you'll join us for all or part of the "Teaching with Images" session and learn about the exciting ways that MHC faculty are creatively using images in their courses.  Please contact the RIS team (email: for more information or to RSVP.
